Sweet Lorraine's in Southfield gets a sweet deal on fresh Alaska salmon

It's wild Coho salmon, line-caught near Pelican, Alaska, and shipped directly to the restaurant -- an arrangement that a small place like Sweet Lorraine's ordinarily couldn't afford, says chef-owner Lorraine Platman.
